Testing the ability to register multiple attendees in a single transaction

Needs (will add to list as necessary) –

• Create user account from individual attendee information
• Issue certificates based on individual attendee information
• populate roster based on individual attendee information
• Purchaser may or may not be one of the attendees (could be a manager or other person doing the purchasing)
