CNOR Virtual Class Evaluation - April 7-8, 2020

This form provides the virtual attendee a way to complete the mandatory evaluation of their experience with Zander Perioperative Education, LLC. We need these evaluations to both comply with governing agencies, as well as to continually improve our courses for the best possible user experience.

  • This Evaluation is only for those who have taken our Virtual Course. If you attend our course in person, you already filled out an evaluation at the event and it is not necessary to fill it out again.

    This two day course is designed to prepare preoperative nurses to take the CNOR exam and to demonstrate clinical competence and knowledge of practice standards.

Soon after, your certificate (emailed as a .pdf to the email you used when you registered) will be sent to you. It will also then be available for you to download from your account page.
